The Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Plateau State on Middle-Belt Ethnic Nationalities, Hon. Dan Kwada, has congratulated Governor Mutfwang on being named winner of the Sun Newspaper’s Governor of the Year award 2025.
In a congratulatory message on Saturday Night, Hon. Kwada, described the award as prestigious and a testament to the exceptional leadership and transformative governance by Governor Mutfwang, which have driven socio-economic transformation in Plateau State.
According to the SSA, the award did not come as a surprise, considering the achievements of Governor Mutfwang’s administration, making significant strides in various sectors, including Security, infrastructure, healthcare, education and agriculture.
He also extolled Governor Mutfwang’s tireless efforts in uniting the Middle-Belt region and his commitment to promoting peace, unity, and social justice which he said has earned Governor Mutfwang the recognition as the new Political leader of the Middle-Belt region.
“I’d like to appreciate Governor Mutfwang’s efforts in uniting the Middle-Belt region. His leadership has provided a unique opportunity for sons and daughters of the region to come together, fostering unity, peace, and cooperation, while his commitment to inclusivity has ensured that every ethnic nationality has a voice and a stake in the region’s progress” he added.
“As Governor Mutfwang receives this well-deserved award, we celebrate his vision, leadership, and dedication to the people of Plateau State and the entire Middle-Belt region, We look forward to his continued leadership and transformative governance, which will undoubtedly propel the region to greater heights, Kwada further stated.
