The Secretary to the Government of Plateau State, Arch Samuel N. Jatau, is leading a delegation at the Open Government Partnership workshop in Nairobi, Kenya.
The 2025 workshop, from March 25-27, brings together government representatives, civil society leaders, and policymakers from Africa and the Middle East is being hosted by the Kenyan Government.
The Plateau State delegation at the ongoing workshop includes notable figures such as Rt. Hon. Gabriel Dewan, Speaker of the State House; Hon. Manji Wilson, Senior Technical Advisor to the Executive Governor Of Plateau State On Development Partners; and Hon. Nehemiah Mutfwang. These individuals bring valuable insights and experience to the meeting, focusing on promoting transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement in government.
Arch. Samuel Jatau, the Secretary to the Government of Plateau State and Vice Chairman of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in Plateau, delivered a compelling presentation at the workshop, which highlighted the notable achievements of Plateau State as a sub-national member of OGP.
