The Senior Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Plateau State on Middle-Belt Ethnic Nationalities Affairs, Hon. Dan Kwada, congratulated Hon. Jubril Dakup Watley, Director of Protocol to the Executive Governor, on his birthday.
Hon. Kwada, in a statement signed on Friday praised Watley’s dedication to service and efforts in promoting Plateau State’s interests.
